Business valuation and financial analysis in Tanzania
Lender-ready valuations, forecasts and financial analysis for SMEs, family businesses and institutions, so your bank, investor or board gets numbers it can trust.
The problem we solve
A bank asking for a valuation, an investor asking for projections, or partners agreeing a buy-out price all need the same thing: an independent view of what the business is worth and how its cash will move.
We analyse your financial statements, build a forecast with clear assumptions, and value the business using the methods your audience expects. You get a report you can submit and a model your team can keep updating.

Frequently asked questions
What documents do you need for a business valuation?
Usually three years of financial statements, the current year's management accounts, a list of major assets and debts, and your plans for the next three to five years. We send a checklist at the start.
Which valuation method will you use?
It depends on the business and the purpose. Profitable, growing businesses are usually valued on discounted cash flow, cross-checked with market multiples. Asset-heavy or loss-making businesses often need an asset-based view. The report explains why.
Will a bank accept your valuation?
We prepare valuations to the standard lenders expect: documented assumptions, clear methods and a reasoned range. Some banks also require a valuer from their own panel for property or collateral, so check your lender's requirements first.
How much does a valuation cost?
Fees depend on the size and complexity of the business. You receive a fixed-fee quote after a short consultation, before any work starts.
